I bought 2 and received as liquid, I live in SoCal so it melted in transit. I placed it in the fridge and it did harden and it went back to cream form. I sent three emails asking if consistency was safe to use after it melted and pretty much cooked from the heat! Never got a response so I will not be buying anything from this company again! I wish they would have shipped a cold pack or something just to keep it cold, anyway I was excited about this but now I won’t be using it!

It literally made my hands and face as supple as they were in my 20s.
