BEEF BUTTER Whipped Beef Tallow Moisturizing Cream

I liked the original formula. The texture of the new formula appears to be more oily. Will you be changing back to the original formula?

We first bought the moisturizer six months ago and it was a really nice fluffy whipped texture. And we recently bought a new batch and now the texture is not as fluffy and and whipped, and we are disappointed. Why did you guys change the formula in how it was made? It was perfect before..

I LOVE this product. It did take awhile to arrive, so if you order please be patient, it’s worth it. My skin is so smooth after using the product.

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and still no notice that it's shipped and no response from customer service. I've been a loyal customer and this is a great product. I've never experienced this from Frankie's Naturals before.

I was going to make my own whipped beef tallow cream, but I REALLY like this so I'm going to continue buying it, along with other items I buy from Frankie's Naturals.
