REMINERALIZING Toothpaste and Tooth Powder

Placed an order for 3 tubes of tooth paste and I received 3 bottles of powder. I contacted customer service via email and nobody has reached out to me remedy this error on their part. I will never order again from this company. Poor customer service!

I’ve been ordering from Frankie for years (meat, eggs, ice cream, etc.) and this has been the most frustrating order to date. I ordered 1 shampoo and 3 toothpastes, but the toothpastes were never received—I only got tooth powder. This appears to be an ongoing issue. I emailed Frankie with my order number explaining the missing toothpastes and received no reply. I sent a follow-up email and still have not heard back. I hope Frankie can make this right.

I ordered 2 tubes of toothpaste and I got two unlabeled containers of white powder. It smells like it's toothpaste powder, but I really don't feel comfortable trusting it! Why is it unlabeled? Why isn't it what I ordered? Looks like others are having issues with this same thing happening. Super frustrating to spend money on something that isn't trustworthy.

I also placed the order 8/29/26, sent a message to customer service when it hadn't shipped by 9/9/26. It finally showed up a month after ordering on 9/26/26.

Never got the toothpaste only got tooth powder
