order placed on 09/26; emailed for order status 3 times with no response; finally on 10/13 emailed you again to cancel the order for a refund with no response. Today 10/19 I get this email to review the product, are you kidding me. and in your email it says "We fulfilled your order from our store Frankie's Naturals 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback” WHAT??? the order has been canceled 6 days ago and I have contacted the credit card company for refund. never again!
