Natural Shampoo & Body Wash

I purchased my items on October 20th. The email said that the order was prepared October 23. I wrote 3 emails and have not gotten one response back. No communication and zero customer service. Please resolve this issue.

So the shampoo seems to have mild cleansing properties. It doesn't foam or suds up like you would normally have with normal shampoo. It does however have some level of lubrication that allows you to massage the shampoo into your scalp. Start with one or two pumps, rub it in your hands first then apply to scalp. Pump more if you need.

I used the shampoo on the scalp and top part of my hair. My hair doesn't seem dry near the top and scalp area.

Overall, pretty good. I like it.
