it took like three weeks to calm. I had really high hopes cause bro like I really like you and I really feel for you and your story but like why shipping take three weeks basically a month and it came melted because it took so long and now it’s like half liquid half paste I tried putting it in the fridge. Nothing like I really wanted to believe in you the product is solid, but like what the hell

Came in a small jar with solids separated. I shook the bottle for a minute and everything was mixed. Love the product. Safe to leave in your mouth after use.

Product Not Received

Product has been in "pre-shipment" since October 23, and it is now November 6. Not sure if it will ever ship. I have not had a problem with Frankie's Naturals until now, but in my previous experience, there is no customer service. I may have to initiate a chargeback if I don't get any status update.
