Came in a small jar with solids separated. I shook the bottle for a minute and everything was mixed. Love the product. Safe to leave in your mouth after use.

Product Not Received

Product has been in "pre-shipment" since October 23, and it is now November 6. Not sure if it will ever ship. I have not had a problem with Frankie's Naturals until now, but in my previous experience, there is no customer service. I may have to initiate a chargeback if I don't get any status update.

Messy but works?

This is one of the products I used to make my tooth stop hurting, I put it inside my retainer at night. I haven't found a good way to apply it. The emu oil separates from the mixture and stirring it and it is gloppy and messy and it makes my skin feel horrible after touching it even after cleaning off with soap.
