Natural Shampoo & Body Wash

I’ve been ordering from Frankie for years (meat, eggs, etc.) and this has been the most frustrating order to date. I ordered 1 shampoo and 3 toothpastes, but the toothpastes were never received—I only got tooth powder. This appears to be an ongoing issue. I emailed Frankie with my order number explaining the missing toothpastes and received no reply. I sent a follow-up email and still have not heard back. I hope Frankie can make this right.

I have been ordering for years. The products are great, but the shipping is HORRIBLE. Waiting 3 weeks for your products is aweful. Sent 3 emails and no response.

I ordered a Toothpaste, not the powder.

My hair significantly improve since I started using Frankie's shampoo. My friends start giving me a lot of compliments about my hair. My hair have more volume and are the longest I have had. I have been using it for about a year. Thank ypu for such a great product.
